He made the process easy for us, and after we had pushed the new vehicle, he spent extra time with us going over the features of the SUV and ensuring we felt comfortable with it. Regarding the financing, Jon was pleasant to work with and also didn't put any pressure on us to add extra warranties. He made the signing process simple for us to understand.
