From the moment we walked into Don Mealey Sports Subaru, we felt completely at ease. My experience actually began over the phone with Dorothy Blandi from the Internet Department. From the start, she was kind, transparent, and genuinely caring — it honestly felt like talking with a family member who truly wanted to take care of us. She handled the preliminary details smoothly and introduced us to Alberto, which couldn’t have been a better fit. When we arrived at the dealership, Alberto Maymo greeted not only me, but also my wife and our two sons, making us feel welcome right away. Alberto was patient, honest, and very mindful of our budget and what we were looking for. There was never any pressure. What truly stood out was how attentive he was to our entire family. At one point, my sons mentioned wanting to see a display car. Alberto overheard them, grabbed the keys, opened the doors, turned the car on, and let them sit inside. He even took time to show them another model and explain details just to keep them engaged. That extra effort meant more than he probably realized. When it came time to finalize everything, Jonathan Hernandez from the Finance Department made the process just as smooth. The numbers were clearly explained, the conversation was transparent, and the entire experience felt more like talking with a close friend than sitting in a finance office. He made what is usually a stressful step feel comfortable and easy. Together, Dorothy, Alberto, and Jonathan exceeded every expectation. I think I can speak for most folks when I say car shopping at a dealership can feel like an uphill battle. Yesterday was my fiancé’s a I’s first experience with Sport Subaru. We went in preparing shopping at a dealership can feel like an uphill battle. Yesterday was my fiancé’s a I’s first experience with Sport Subaru. We went in preparing for just that and let me tell you I was caught off guard!…Robert [Duran]our salesman who greeted us when we entered the lobby was refreshing. He was Attentive and gregarious without being overbearing. He was kind but also upfront. No dealer “four square”, no endless confusing scribble on paper or any of the normal games salesman’s use. Numbers were printed out in a clear easy to understand format. I was given a fair price (compared to comps in the area). The sales manager Mike popped in and was able to shave a little bit off the top, this got me to my budget without increasing term length. These two were a stark contrast from my experience at other dealers I visited. The finance manager Johnathan was great at explaining why certain add-ons may be necessary without overly pressuring you to add,add,add. He is a wizard with the rates, getting us significantly better rate than lenders from other dealers. Overall I never felt pressured, or worked over, The staff was friendly and had no non-sense approach which is a stark contrast compared other dealers. We will be back! Thank you Sport Subaru and especially Robert!!! More

When we purchased He was prompt and took copious notes. Got us a good deal on our trade in and then explained everything perfectly. Would recommend anyone to visit Sport Subaru and Wendell. More
