Beyond Rich's great customer service, from what I saw, I felt the rest of the team at Branhaven followed a similar method - friendly and fun, yet professional. Shout out to Jonathon in Finance who scored me a few extra hundred dollars on my trade and helped out with warranties/extra packages. Overall, my experience was awesome and I've already recommended this dealership to others. Hopefully, I won't need to purchase another vehicle any time soon, but when I do, I'll definitely give the team at Branhaven a call! More

I purchased the CilaJet paint protection, and I recommend it to anyone who takes great care of their vehicle’s paint. I love the hydrophobic properties, as the rain/water slides right off making car washing that much easier. With the CilaJet, road grime and debris is much harder to stick. It also is great because they coat the interior too, and with my 11 year old daughter, she is rough with regards to causing stains. If there is a stain that occurs, they are so great about getting you in and addressing the stain. I can’t say enough about the CilaJet, about Ryan Hall the salesman, about Jonathan the finance manager, and about the dealership as a whole. Though this dealership is quite the commute for us, we will continue to use them as our preferred dealership for all our Jeep needs! More
