Great experience I had already been to 2 other dealerships including Clay Cooley Kia, where I was ignored and treated like a second class citizen. So I went in to Sou I had already been to 2 other dealerships including Clay Cooley Kia, where I was ignored and treated like a second class citizen. So I went in to Southwest without an appointment or having spoken to anyone, it took a few minutes for someone to come speak with me because they were very busy. That is when I met Johnathan Smith who was very professional and helpful, I gave him the stock number of the car I was interested in and he had it brought out in a few minutes and we test drove it (though it was almost on E) and I liked the vehicle. we discussed the pricing and my trade in and down and we came to a very good price in about 15 minutes. There was only one Finance manager on duty and at 10pm I had to leave but they let me take my new car. The next day was just as busy and after about 2 hours was able to go in and speak with Scott Clark who was very helpful in explaining everything and giving me great insight to the warranties and service plans and we concluded quickly after that and I was able to go home with my car. yes I did have to sit and wait, but everyone was very nice and Johnathan constantly checked on me and where things were in the process. I don't feel I wasted a minute of my time and I highly recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

It was super !!!! Our experience was very very good.Jonathan took care of us right from the parking lot. We went in on a Saturday morning, we were there at our appointm Our experience was very very good.Jonathan took care of us right from the parking lot. We went in on a Saturday morning, we were there at our appointment time. It was not too busy right at first but got busier as it got later. Jonathan was there to answer all or questions and kept us informed throughout the full transaction. The car went to make ready and Jonathan continued to check on us till it was ready.
