My car took a while to fix because it had several issues but they were great at communicating each step and letting me know how long it would take. I purchased my acura ILX in October and was contacted to set up certification process in which I would bring in my vehicle for inspection and receive a loaner. This took a few weeks to get in for loaner but set up certification process in which I would bring in my vehicle for inspection and receive a loaner. This took a few weeks to get in for loaner but I dropped off my vehicle only to pick it up with windshield scratches all over the middle of the window. The staff ran around aimlessly unsure of what to do only to tell me their manager would contact me. I was not contacted by their manager but I had to contact them 2 days later to be told they were looking into it. Without a question, they told me to come in so they can replace windshield. Great.. but 0 acknowledgement or apology that this has occurred or how it happened, no offer of extra services for this inconvenience.. just told to make sure I fill up that loaner when I return.. why? I had to go back and forth 6x due to their mistake. When I initially picked up my car, I was not told of the repairs or explained of what was causing the issue I reported upon drop off and had to ask after the fact. It was significantly inconvenient and out of my way to drive back and forth to the dealership as a result of their mistake and I was not offered any additional apology or services with this great inconvenience. I bought a car from a dealership hoping to have trust in them and that they sure did lose. More
