They refuse to stand behind the vehicles they sell! They sold a used vehicle with a known problem and refuse to answer to the BBB properly, instead they said we didn't understand the vehicles features! They sold a used vehicle with a known problem and refuse to answer to the BBB properly, instead they said we didn't understand the vehicles features! That’s a lie, we understand the feature. This vehicle has a faulty with the auto start/stop feature. Or the transmission. Either was it should have been fixed, the issue was made aware to your dealership within 30 days of purchase but you said you didn’t offer a 30 day warranty incase an issue arose. So here we are with a vehicle that really is a safety issue and no solution from a dealership that can’t even service it because they don’t sell the brand! I will never recommend this dealership! More
