Working with Joe Jr. was a pleasure and everything was as he said it would be when we came to pick up the car. Unfortunately (and I dont remember his name) on the day I came to pick up the car, Joe wasn't t he said it would be when we came to pick up the car. Unfortunately (and I dont remember his name) on the day I came to pick up the car, Joe wasn't there and the gentleman I met with to review the Doc's, ask about warranties, etc., so blatantly tried to double charge me for the DMV costs even though it was clearly indicated in the Doc's that I had paid. This guy tried to shuffle the papers and pretend he hadn't noticed it. Such bush league garbage for $250 or something. Really brings down the whole dealership. If not for that experience it would have been full stars all over. More
