work was done the same day they called me to pick up the car but one of the worst worst worst thing that the dealer can do is send a customer with a loose battery. The battery got disconnected driving on th car but one of the worst worst worst thing that the dealer can do is send a customer with a loose battery. The service department did a great job when we dropped the car off and picked it up. Ford needs to do a better job notifying the dealer when a recall occurs if the parts are available. the car off and picked it up. Super helpful! I had scheduled an appointment for 8AM an entire week early, and when arrived someone came to my car window and told me my appointment wasn’t there. I had scheduled an appointment for 8AM an entire week early, and when arrived someone came to my car window and told me my appointment wasn’t there. They had me speak with Joseph about the mishap & he was SUPER helpful in making sure the car appointment I had booked still took place! I was grateful that the engine fix was able to be fixed within hours & had my car returned same day! Definitely recommend. More
