Rachelle, The only reason I'm responding is because you reached out immediately after my rating. Coincidentally, Joseph called (for the first time ever) 20/min after my rating. I have no less than 60 text messages with him giving plenty of opportunity to resolve my issue and he's not listened to one thing I've said. In addition to hours of time I spent researching for him, presenting him with screenshots directly from Ford, he ceased payment with Enterprise for the rental car he put me in on February 28th - and never told me. Today I had to pay $325 dollars to Enterprise because he said he could not extend the rental - below is his message to me (from today): "I do not have the ability to extend it. I will mention it to the service director. she is out of the office today, though. Thank you. --Gosch Ford Temecula" A "mention" to the director was not at all helpful when I had to pay today - I even asked him about this yesterday at 12:50p and this was his response: "I will see what i can do on that end. --Gosch Ford Temecula" I was instructed by my fleet company to take my vehicle to another Ford dealer that would diagnose and fix the issues. The vehicle is currently at another dealership as of this afternoon. If you'd like to read all the messages from Joseph (and what I sent him), and see what the other dealership does to fix the issue, feel free to respond with your email address and I will share. As of now, Joseph's unwillingness to listen, do some research, and provide a solution have resulted in me never brining a vehicle back to Gosch for service. His voicemail this evening said to bring it back in (supposedly he'd done some additional research within 20/min of my rating) - it's been at Gosch since Feb 19th - he had two weeks + he dismissed everything I sent him explaining what the problem was. Lastly, I've advised Element Fleet of this horrid experience.
