The dealership was understaffed in the finance department on 5/8, leading to 4+ hour waits for sign out times. I was in for a trade, because the dealer had called to encourage me to trade in my 2019 Odyssey on 5/8, leading to 4+ hour waits for sign out times. I was in for a trade, because the dealer had called to encourage me to trade in my 2019 Odyssey. They made it with my while to trade in my vehicle price-wise, but the wait to sign out nearly had me walking on the deal. My 4+ hour wait was a short wait time on 5/8, which is unacceptable. More
