Disconnect between scheduling & parts ordering. Ultimately no one is responsible. You confirm twice that the customer will be there on time but no one confirms parts are available on time. Joshua was very nice but the rest of the employees were horrible. When I made the initial appointment the girls could not explain anything. She was not that pleasant either. When I drove in I saw my last n horrible. When I made the initial appointment the girls could not explain anything. She was not that pleasant either. Arrived on time for 11:30 appointment for oil and brake fluid change, along with 18 point check. Received car 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Way too long for this job with appointment. This dealership needs to do a better job of scheduling work. Never going back to this dealership for routine maintenance. More
