The service advisor's are always welcoming and helpful, and they thoroughly understand my vehicle’s needs and concerns. The certified BMW technician conducts a multi-point video inspection, detailing any issues with the vehicle. To top it off, they end the service with a really good car wash. I highly recommend BMW Sarasota to my friends and family. More

NayColl and Pete wasted my time twice over a simple panel on the side of the passenger seat. Pete promised a loner which he didn't deliver. I came in to drop it off. I had other appointments that day. He wan on the side of the passenger seat. Pete promised a loner which he didn't deliver. I came in to drop it off. I had other appointments that day. He wanted me to wait 2 or 3 hours to get it fixed. Offered a ride home. I wasn't going home had a few things to do. Got a sick wife who can't be driving ne around. Still need the panel. Waiting for mr cash to call to arrainge a home visit by your service guys. Never heard from Cameron. Why didn't he call instead of Pete or NayColl? My wife suggested i sell the car back to you which I am considering. More
