Honestly, I have always been skeptical about dealer service departments in the past with good reason. Thought I would give Hawk a try having had no prior experience with them at all. Great people with good knowledge of the industry, but to slow. I send a lot of trucks there with an appointment and on average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change with tire rotation.
