The oil change and service on my truck were standard but the customer service at the desk was exceptional. The advisor took extra time after my vehicle was complete to walk out to my car and troubleshoot an the customer service at the desk was exceptional. He was able to fix the issue quickly, and an incredibly annoying issue was resolved. He could have told me to schedule another appointment, but by him taking the extra time to help, he saved me an entire day and another appointment. Thanks again!! More
