Hawk Ford was friendly and courteous. It was easy to get an appointment. I had a seal come apart on the top of the car and I needed to have it repaired before the storms came in. Hawk It was easy to get an appointment. I had a seal come apart on the top of the car and I needed to have it repaired before the storms came in. Hawk Ford took care of the warranty end of it, fixed the loose seal and even left the inside of my Escape clean as can be. I was treated with politeness and respect and I’m grateful. Will be back for annual maintenance. Thank you so much More
