I was invited in by Josh Hubbard to look at a Ford edge they had on the lot that he thought I may be interested in. I accepted his invite and came to take a look. The car was roomy and I like the way it drove and the features it had. Usually negotiating a car deal is a very unpleasant experience for me. The sales manager Keith Marlett and Josh Hubbard made the experience hassle free and was a refreshing change from the normal car purchasing process. Rick Richard in the finance department was also awesome to deal with. He explained the process and everything we were going through clearly and made it easy to understand. He helped me with my purchase of a 10 year extended warranty, and a tire and wheel warranty. He also explained them clearly so I would understand what was covered. The transaction was a total team effort, and it was obvious that all three were professionals at their jobs and show that the customer really matters! Thanks to Josh, Keith, and Rick. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all of your help, and I have no doubts that if I run into any issues in the future, you will be there to assist me. More
