They had a white limited that had everything I wanted and then some. It stretched my budget, but I made Josh, the sales manager an offer and he took it. Mike, the salesman spent a good while going over things with me. After the purchase, I went for further technical information with John. Everyone was pleasant and helpful; no hard sell or pushing extras. No back and forth, waiting, or helming and hawing. My third buy from Crews and I will see them again when I need a new car. More

Excellent car and dealership I have been a customer at Crews Subaru since it transitioned from Saturn to Subaru. I have purchased 3 cars at Crews. All the purchases were pleasant I have been a customer at Crews Subaru since it transitioned from Saturn to Subaru. I have purchased 3 cars at Crews. All the purchases were pleasant experiences. I have been very happy with the service department (especially Matt, Shawn, and Jason) and with the parts department (Kevin). I worked with Trey Norwood in sales with my last two purchases including a 2019 Forester I purchased last week. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and applies no pressure. I have found that Crews is very competetive on sales price compared with other South Carolina or Savannah Subaru dealers and is very fair on trade in values. Their documentation fee is lower than many dealers, and Pam and Josh handle paperwork efficiently. I have owned 5 Subarus since 1998 and all the cars were problem free and reliable. The 2019 Forester is the best Subaru I have owned - quiet, handles well, and loaded with many standard safety features including Eye Sight. I think it packs alot of value at a modest price. More

Matt Davis went out of his way to introduce himself to me from the service department, making sure I had a go to person to bring my car to for any service needs I may have in the future. First time buying a Subaru but they all made it an enjoyable experience and made me feel welcome to come back by anytime with any questions or concerns that I may have. They have a great selection of vehicles in various colors, I did not have a hard time finding the car I wanted. More

EVERYONE My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Crews Subaru. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the dealership. EVERYONE was friendly and very knowledgeable. From the minute we stepped out the car to driving off the lot, we were treated like family. Our sales associate, Rhett Crull, went above and beyond. Kevin Madeo and Josh helped us seal the deal. When we left the dealership, they welcomed us to the Subaru family. I didn't know that I would actually consider them "family." This new "family" of ours came to the rescue when a friend of ours needed assistance the most. Mark, a marine and business man, left important documents in his car at the service center. OOPS! With one phone call to Kevin Madeo, Mark was able to get to his car after hours (10:30pm!), and get what was needed. A HUGE thank you to our new friends and family. More
