Truly "a friend in the car business" Crews Subaru lives up to their ad claim and treated us as good friends. Our recent purchase was hassle-free and no pressure. George was very knowledgeable about all of the new features on the 2018 Outback and took ample time to explain. He also told us about Subaru's Love-Encore customer service program for further understanding of our vehicle's technology, if needed. He also made it very clear that he was "a friend we could call" with questions as we drove our new Outback off the lot. More

Great experience, second time around! We purchased our first Subaru in late 2014 and had a great experience then, fully expecting to keep that car for 10 years. Unfortunately, that vehicl We purchased our first Subaru in late 2014 and had a great experience then, fully expecting to keep that car for 10 years. Unfortunately, that vehicle was involved in an accident and had to be replaced. I've consistently said that I never want to drive anything other than a Subaru so we headed back to Crews. Rhett showed us the new Outbacks but also pulled up a Carfax report and all the details for a used vehicle. He didn't pressure us one way or the other and gave us plenty of time to explore both options. Because Subarus have such a high trade-in value, and the high valuation from our insurance on the wrecked car, we felt that was wiser to go with the new model. I called Rhett to tell him of our decision and he had the new car back to be cleaned and had pulled the paperwork before we even returned to the dealership. Josh handled our financing with no problems at all (0%APR!) and the sales manager came by to introduce himself. We'd always had a good experience with the Service Department and fully expect that to continue. It's a great dealership selling a great car! More

I was disappointed with the overall buying experience. I have delayed in writing this review, I wanted to receive my vehicle registration first. The buying experience went smooth with no problems. I noticed my temporary tag was expiring in 3 days, so I asked my wife if she saw it in the mail. My wife decided to call the dealer and inquire about the registration. The lady that assisted her on the phone had told her, yeah the paperwork is here on my desk, and told her that the snow storm got things backed up. Meanwhile, I went down in the garage to rotate the tires on my new truck. I quickly realized that I had a wheel lock lug installed on all the tires. I looked in the glove box and back behind the seat where the jack is located with no luck in locating the lock key. I decided to visit the dealer manager to vent my frustration in hopes that he could assist. When I walked in I met the manager and my car salesman at the front desk. I told them about the registration delay, but I did receive it the day before the tag expired. I believe the registration would have been late if my wife didn't make a phone call. I went on to explain about the missing wheel lock key and the manager walked off in the middle of the conversation. I was expecting some type of resolution to the lug lock key. I just got done sending a picture of the wheel lock to a company called McGard in hopes that they can resolve this problem. I am very frustrated having purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier with 10,000 miles and can't drive it, I could not change a flat tire if needed. More

Our first Subaru was purchased with the assistance of Josh and we were so happy to see that he is now in a managerial position. This is now our third Subaru. This time we had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Rhett Crull and once again it was a great experience. Rhett is a real professional and was extremely patient in explaining the features of our new Subaru. In addition, we were really impressed by the new technology that Matt Cote was using. From woe to woo! Unfortunately my very first new car of 3 years was a victim to Hirricane Irma's wrath. It was declared a total loss after a flash flood took its life. At just over 8 months pregnant I was in no standing to be dealing with any unexpected additional expenses -like buying a new car, but I needed a vehicle to support my growing family. From the initial greeting at the door of Crew's Subaru to my send off in a new-to-me (used) vehicle my experience at Crew's was above and beyond wonderful. Robert K is the most genuinely passionate car enthusiast and energetically caring human being in the sales world that I've ever come across - especially when it came to the Subaru line of vehicles. He has an intense belief in the Subaru technology and engineering that is transparant as he not only explains the pros and possible drawbacks of each model, but tries to find the perfect vehicle for you. His energy is contagious! Robert took me through a couple options of used cars available at the time-not just Subaru's, trying to figure out which would be my best option (with a little one on the way and a very strict budget). He based our test drives in vehicles that had features important to me and never pressured me to try one car over another while still educating me on all the specs of each car. To me, purchasing a car is a big deal - it means signing on for a new loan and making that financial commitment, which I don't take lightly. Robert opened my eyes to the perfect vehicle, Josh created some behind the scenes magic on an amazing price and Pam worked through the loan details making sure I felt confident -all of which made my decision a comfortable and easy one. I cannot thank them, and everyone else who took care of me at Crews that day, enough! More

Crews had done service for me before & I was extremely pleased with their attentiveness and follow through. I've also been impressed by their commitment to local animal shelters, so buying a Subaru at Crews was an easy choice. I worked with Robert Kozakiewicz,, who was a delight. Knowledgable, no pressure, friendly and fun. I have never been much of a car enthusiast, but the 2016 Outback that I bought two days ago is a dream. Their employees couldn't be more patient in guiding me through all the smart car features. More

Purchasing my FIRST Subaru After being a Honda owner since 1992, I was in the market for a new vehicle and set my sights on the re-designed 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, I thought. Up After being a Honda owner since 1992, I was in the market for a new vehicle and set my sights on the re-designed 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, I thought. Upon my research, I found Consumer Reports rated the Subaru highly in all categories. In addition, my parents own an Outback and my cousin owns two Foresters. They love their vehicles. My Dad said, "You will love your Subaru. It is a great car.". Upon my test drive, Crosstrek was "the one for me". I will have to say the experience of purchasing my 2018 Crosstrek at Crews Subaru was both fun and professional. Rhett Crull, Josh Stringer, and Pam Baker made the process most enjoyable. They really know their product and are assets to Crews Subaru! It was like buying from family. There need be no question as to from whom and where I will purchase my next vehicle. More
