I have never heard of or ever signed any papers stating “AS IS, NO RETURN, . ……” when buying brand new cars like Honda and Toyota until I purchased a Hyundai. Also, I was asked to sign a paper with “A “AS IS, NO RETURN, . ……” when buying brand new cars like Honda and Toyota until I purchased a Hyundai. Also, I was asked to sign a paper with “AS IS” and a $40 car wash for getting my brand new car detailing. I declined. This is something Honda and Toyota do it for free. More
