First the initial online assistance was very helpful when Amanda put me in touch with Bob Olander. He met me at the front entrance the first day which was pleasant as walking into a huge car dealers by mysel Amanda put me in touch with Bob Olander. Bob put me at ease, promptly reviewing the vehicle I was interested in. He was patient and comfortable to be around for a test drive and pre sale info. Never pushy which I really appreciated. Bob took good care of my wants and was great at waiting for me to get whatever additional info I needed to close a deal. He introduced me to Arlene Baca who helped graciously setting up all the new technologies I was unfamiliar with. She was reassuring and helpful in setting up everything in the vehicle with my phone. All new to me and Arlene was calm and patient working with me. Bob took me around the dealership and gave me all kinds of information to familiarize me with the dealership. I'm very happy to have had the chance to end up at Weber in Creve Coeur with Bob as my salesman. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees and the company. Better yet is when they have a full team of polite and helpful people backing them up. The Trax we bought was the second new car in 14 months. Before that I had nursed a 17 year old Mazda along, until I got sick of pouring money down that well. Now Robin and I drive in style and comfort, and my INSURANCE RATES WENT DOWN. For a retired auto accident handler for a certain major insurance company this was most impressive. It was literally like getting a second discount. Cheers to the whole Weber Family from my family.
