Josh was phenomenal. I was greeted promptly and he was prepared for my appointment by having a loaner car available and ready to go. I took an older, high mileage Mazda that I purchased for my sons first car in for service. They were so thorough and helped me prioritize what should be fixed. They made needed repairs quickly and did extra my sons first car in for service. They were so thorough and helped me prioritize what should be fixed. Unfortunately, I needed another car during one of the worst times to purchase one. FORTUNATELY, I purchased another Mazda from this dealership 4 years ago, have had only great service experiences and dec worst times to purchase one. FORTUNATELY, I purchased another Mazda from this dealership 4 years ago, have had only great service experiences and decided to look around when I went in for service earlier this week. Chance contacted me through my vehicle inquiry and met me while I waited for my car. Found out later that he's the one who sold me my Mazda3! Initially, I was looking at the RAV4 and the CX-5, so my plan was to gather all the info I could on the CX-5, then head over to Toyota for comparison. However, after talking to Chance for a bit, I found myself comparing the CX-30 to the CX-5. He really knows his stuff, can answer all your questions (because he's owned so many over the years) and is a no-pressure type of salesperson. He just wants the customer to be happy with their purchase. I drove off in a CX-30 Premium, and honestly, couldn't be happier. Chance is a great guy working at a great dealership. More

I came in for my 10,000 mile service and my advisor Tony Mattingly was great. The customer lounge was comfortable and JP’s pancakes seemed to be a hit. I especially liked the video walk-through of the inspection and pending repairs, allowing an opportunity for both review and to sign off. They did a great job.
