Great experience! I was a first time car buyer, and I'm so glad I came into Tustin Mazda. Chance went above and beyond in his levels of expertise and customer service. I was a first time car buyer, and I'm so glad I came into Tustin Mazda. Chance went above and beyond in his levels of expertise and customer service. I came in knowing basically nothing (about cars themselves or the process to purchase one), and Chance was extremely patient and helpful the whole way through -- he even gave me a ride back from the airport after I dropped off my rental. A few days after purchase, I had a very minor issue with the car, and needed to take it in. Josh Vasquez was similarly helpful, prioritizing the task at hand and getting things sorted out quickly. I was back to work in no time thanks to the excellent service. The process to buy a car can feel super overwhelming and foreign (especially the first time). Tustin Mazda made buying painless, and have already shown a dedication to ongoing customer satisfaction -- would definitely recommend. More

Bose system fixed! My car's audio system abruptly stopped working, so I brought it into OC Mazda-- I had no idea if the issue was the head unit, amplifier, or anything e My car's audio system abruptly stopped working, so I brought it into OC Mazda-- I had no idea if the issue was the head unit, amplifier, or anything else. They were able to diagnose the issue, have the correct parts delivered, and installed within a reasonable time frame. In the meantime, I was provided with a vehicle to use while I waited for my repairs, so I was still able to go to work and grocery shop for my family. Employees are all friendly, helpful, and polite, and Josh was particularly communicative about my service via text. I felt like I was in the loop about how my vehicle was serviced 100% of the way, and I really appreciated how everyone inside wore face masks to combat the pandemic. It set a good example for everyone else in the waiting room to follow-- 6 feet social distancing + facemasks = safety first (except that old fat dude who acted as a greeter while I was there, because he wore his face mask around his neck. screw that guy). Anyway, I will definitely return for anything Mazda related. Thanks Josh! More

Josh was amazing from the beginning to end of my maintenance process. I needed a Lyft ride and he assisted me with that with no problem. He did frequent check-ins with me while I was waiting in the maintenance process. I needed a Lyft ride and he assisted me with that with no problem. He did frequent check-ins with me while I was waiting in the lobby and also provided me additional resources as needed. Larry was so helpful and entertaining throughout my entire stay at the dealership. He assisted me in purchasing my Mazda cx5 and made updates with me throughout the 2hours plus of my wait. More

Great customer service! Prior to my appointment, I spoke to Joshua on the phone, who was able to immediately accommodate my schedule and let me know to come in whenever I was Prior to my appointment, I spoke to Joshua on the phone, who was able to immediately accommodate my schedule and let me know to come in whenever I was available that day. Upon arrival, Joshua welcomed me by my car right away and informed me of all the procedures that were going to be taken. In addition to my car's service, I also needed to fix the handle since it was broken. Joshua kept me in the loop the entire time as I was waiting for my car, and made sure to call and text me with updates. I really appreciated his diligence throughout the process! More
