The first rep was excellent. Friendly, fast, and helpful. However, he wasn't able to fix the issue so he sent my car to the back and said Juan Fletes would take care of it. Extremely underwhelming experience from Juan Fletes. I saw my car sitting behind the building in the lot for hours until I finally went inside to find who Juan was and ask about the progress. He said it just finished and that we would need to order a part. He said the part would arrive the next day and he would call me. The next day was 3 days ago and still no call. More

My Silverado was in 3 times for the same problem. The first 2 times the technicians said they could not duplicate the problem which was very disappointing. This time, a solution was identified. I had to wait about 1 1/2 weeks for the part to arrive. The problem seems to have been solved - thanks to the technician who worked my truck. Please thank him for me. I appreciate that he took the time and effort to find and solve the problem. More

I’ve used Mark Christopher for the service for all my vehicles since 2018, the service has gone down hill. I brought my Truck for an oil change and the Techs added DEF. They spilled DEF all over the side vehicles since 2018, the service has gone down hill. I brought my Truck for an oil change and the Techs added DEF. They spilled DEF all over the side of my truck and didn’t bother to clean it up and let it harden and dry. When I went to pick the truck up, the white DEF was all over the side of the truck and the guy who brought it out didn’t seem to mind. I would consider the dealership to be professionals that’s why I bring my vehicles there. If I wanted a Jiffy Lube experience I would have gone there. I will say, when I showed Juan he took it back and made it right, but it shouldn’t have to come to that. A little attention to detail from your Techs would go a long way. More
