Early on a Saturday morning I found that I had a problem with one of my tires, worn down to the secondary rubber, the bigger problem being I was leaving the next morning for a trip to Maine. Local tire sh with one of my tires, worn down to the secondary rubber, the bigger problem being I was leaving the next morning for a trip to Maine. Local tire shops could not match the tire until the following week. I arrived at Curtiss Ryan at 10:30 and by noon I had four new tires plus a 4 wheel alignment .This may not seem like a big deal but with no appointment the service department , although being extremely busy on a Saturday morning went out of their way to solve my problem in a most expeditious and professional manner. Turns out it wasn't just one tire that was in need of replacement but all of them were well well worn. I more than appreciate the service department allowing me to travel the next day in a very safe manner. They really went out of their way to solve my problem. What a great dealership to deal with. More

I have been driving used cars for my whole life and have never had a brand-new car for myself but this year I decided it was time! I was referred to Julian Abreu and he got me into a great new car that fit never had a brand-new car for myself but this year I decided it was time! I was referred to Julian Abreu and he got me into a great new car that fit my needs. I am a busy guy and Julian made sure he was available for me. He continues to make himself available whenever I have a question.
