Good Experience But MUCH TOO LONG Marvin and Carlos made sure that you were ready to receive us and show us the car we had called about. Carlos was mostly knowledgeable and very eager Marvin and Carlos made sure that you were ready to receive us and show us the car we had called about. Carlos was mostly knowledgeable and very eager to get answers he didn't know. After one hour we were ready to engage in negotiations. But it took another FOUR HOURS to complete the process. And even then we had to force closure (we had an appointment back in Phoenix). The quickest part seemed to be the preparation of paper work, which was done very efficiently. But somehow five hours had to be used up. More

Got the car we wanted at a great price. We got a prompt answer to our request for a quote. Then when another dealer gave us a better quote , Sierra Toyota promptly matched that quote. They helped us by phone when we got the loan at our Credit Union. Then when we came to actually purchase the car, they were very helpful in showing us the new features of our car. There was no pressure to buy a car with options that we did not want, and there were no dealer add-ons which was important to us. When we met with the finance officer, he did not pressure us to buy the extended warranty that day and explained the time frame (generous) that we would have to make a decision on the extended warranty. All the employees (and owner) were a pleasure to work with. More

Once again, the best there is. Sierra Toyota is the best. Brought in my '08 Tacoma to trade and had excellent attention from Carlos Flores.
