Toyota of Cleveland proved to me that not all dealerships are the same and made my purchasing experience not only a pleasant one, but I left there feeling as though I was now a part of their family. They treated my family and I with the utmost respect from the moment we stepped through the doors. I went in not really knowing what I wanted to look at, but the sales staff were more supportive in finding the right vehicle before skipping to a rushed sales pitch.
