He was friendly and sincere about making sure I was happy with my new (to me) Toyota Camry. Joey was, by far, the best manager I've ever dealt with in my life. His kindness and sincerity took all the anxiety of buying a used car away. I felt calm and secure doing business with him. You know, it's not what you say to someone, it's how you make them feel. Upper mangement, hold on to him. He is a "gift" to your organization. More

I test drove a few cars before I decided on the RAV4. My previous vehicle was 17 years old. Austin inherited me when the salesman I was working with moved to the service department. I texted Austin my “wish list” and we went back and forth over about 2 months finding the right vehicle for me. I wanted to be sure about my purchase as I keep vehicles for a long time (which is why I wanted a Toyota product). I’m sure he thought I was crazy. He ended up texting me the day after we revisited the list with “the one.” He knew the ins and outs of the vehicle from the luxurious bells and whistles to the mechanical nuances. I was “upgrading” to a much higher tech than what I was used to and he made it all crystal clear. He went out of the way to show my husband and I what a car seat would look like in the vehicle we purchased as we are planning a family. He even offered to simulate with his own child’s car seat to give us peace of mind. I’m very diligent about security and care a lot about safety. He went through all of the security measures and set ups for the vehicle to alleviate any concerns, often referencing what he would do for his own family. As if this wasn’t enough of a service, he assisted us even more when we started the purchase process of the car. My husband and I work full time and got to the dealership late on a Saturday night. He stayed with us well after closing to answer our questions and help us fill out the paperwork. He did this all with a great attitude and smile, even though were probably keeping him from going home and enjoying time with his family. (Doesn’t everyone want that on a Saturday night? I would be very grumpy.) Our story doesn’t end here. A special to mention to Julien in the finance department who also had to stay late to close out our sale. He was very hospitable and gracious the entire time. He discussed each option thoroughly to ensure the financing was right for our family. 11/10, 5 stars, top tier, highly recommend Austin Owen and Julien Allinder for any of your Toyota needs. More

Matthew did an outstanding job assisting with the purchase of our new Highlander. He made an otherwise arduous process of purchasing a new vehicle as easy as possible. He even went above and beyond t purchase of our new Highlander. He made an otherwise arduous process of purchasing a new vehicle as easy as possible. He even went above and beyond to meet us halfway to deliver the new vehicle as we were located approximately 2 hours away. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Matthew in the future. Julien assisted with the financial paperwork. He took the time to thoroughly explain several different options, particularly with regards to extended warranty items. While often times extended warranty items can feel like an aggressive sales pitch, talking these items over with Julien felt like the complete opposite. More

Kenny Jones was the best salesman we’ve ever had. I wish everyone could have the Kenny sales experience. We had no intentions of coming to a dealership and buying a car but Kenny was both attentive a I wish everyone could have the Kenny sales experience. The truck is exactly what I was looking for and in the color I wanted. Austin was helpful and kind but not pushy in any way. Financing was confusing because my credit had been frozen, by me, and I couldn' color I wanted. Austin was helpful and kind but not pushy in any way. I did not pay as much attention as I should have and for 36 hours after I got home I decided there had been a mistake. I went back in Monday morning at 8:30 and it was explained to me and the mistake was mine. There was also a scratch on my truck I did not see until I got home but Justin said he would get it fixed no problem and I would never know it was there. My wife plans to replace her car in the next year and we will return to Toyota of Cleveland. More
