From the time we drove on to the lot and met one of the salesman by the name of John Stanesic, we knew we were in the right place. He introduced himself and let us know he would be happy to answer any ques salesman by the name of John Stanesic, we knew we were in the right place. We had just left other dealerships due to the high pressure sales that made us feel like we were road kill and they were buzzards flying around ready to make a dive. John made us feel at ease and even went out of his way to make our disabled daughter feel a part of the process and that her questions were important as well. We purchased a Toyota 4 runner and John and the Sales Manager, Shane, went above and beyond to make sure it was what we wanted. They made it stress free as if we were sitting down at a table with family. From the beginning to the end we could not of been happier. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland and their team.
