Took vehicle in three weeks ago with a sunroof popping noise. Was informed I needed the sunroof frame replaced and rear seat latch. Dealership made the buying process of my car very easy took 2 days for me to get the car I wanted with no complications. I would recommend to see Danny Park if you ever want a car from Rallye Acura. Julio made the signing a lot easier and was very informative. Jonathan made the whole deal possible and lifted a lot of weights from my shoulder. When bring in the car in for service Chad brought me in quick and gave me the exact time frame the car was going to be ready. Also gave me a loaner car to get to work on time. I leased TWO new 2024 TLX's 3 weeks ago and was promised new floor mats which I never received. I was also promised 6 months of Sirius radio and only received 3 months. No one has contacted me indicating th new floor mats which I never received. I was also promised 6 months of Sirius radio and only received 3 months. No one has contacted me indicating that no one cares. I am very upset and at this point do not want to have anything to do with this dealership!!! More
