The car is all wheel drive and was very important to us. The car can also be started by using a app. This was important that the car had remote start. Michael was very patient showing us the app, Bluetooth, and all the features. So far the app is free for a year, I don't know how I feel about having to pay for the ability to remote start my car. Justice went over all of the extra warrants for the car and helped us choose what was best for us. He also said he drives the same car. I recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Ascent from this dealership, and I could not recommend it more for anyone who is looking to buy a new car. For starters, we live in Maryland, so things were a little more difficult in terms of what information needed to be sent where, but the dealership took care of EVERYTHING. Kenny Jones was so patient with my husband and I as we were looking to find the perfect upgrade before our long roundtrip back. We sat in 4-5 different vehicles and test drove 3 of them and his guidance and feedback were bar none. He also helped us work through any other issues with us not residing in Tennessee. Justice Goodner helped with the financing part of our deal, and he also was very informative and set up everything we needed to do once we got back home. I seriously cannot not talk about the great experience enough! More
