From the moment you walk in to the dealership, you can tell that it is a well-oiled machine. I was greeted kindly by the man who would eventually become my sales agent, Alfred Odister. They were the only dealership in the area who actually had the vehicle I was looking for to test drive. Alfred listened to what I wanted in a car and got the keys for me to drive the car that I thought I wanted and had come there for. However, he immediately got a sense of a better vehicle that would fit what I was looking for and made the recommendation for us to drive that. He knew everything about the vehicle and was able to answer every single question I had. He took me on a real life route for a test drive instead of just around the dealership so that I could get a sense of the car. He listened to my concerns and even called a family member who we jokingly refer to as the car lawyer and answered all of his questions. He got me a wonderful deal on the vehicle and was there with me every step of the way. He was kind, personable, honest, and I felt like he was really on my side, working for me. Justice Goodner worked with me on financing and signing all the forms and he was very kind and professional as well. Everything went incredibly smoothly and was probably the best car buying experience I have had in my entire life. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson and I feel confident saying anyone who goes there will leave a happy customer! I love my car! More

I met Jeremy Cox a few months before when I was just dealership roaming just looking at cars with no intention of purchasing one at the time. Jeremy greeted me with a big ol smile and refused to leave m dealership roaming just looking at cars with no intention of purchasing one at the time. Jeremy greeted me with a big ol smile and refused to leave my side even though I was adamant that I wasn't buying anything, but I was just looking around. He stayed with me and answered my questions, showed me the inventory that I would be interested in and treated me like we'd been friends since childhood. My second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse Jones. The same scenario as with Jeremy, I was upfront about not looking to buy, I just wanted to see the inventory. He treated me like I was there to buy and was very informative, answered all of my questions. I was rear-ended in an accident and my car was totaled. The first person I thought of was Jeremy and Jesse was the next person in line if Jeremy wasn't available, when I knew I had to bite the bullet and buy a new car. Jeremy helped me find a car that fit all of my criteria for the perfect car of my dreams. He was professional, friendly, zero pressure, helped me calm my nerves, because I haven't had a car payment in seven or so years. Jesse, helped me with a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I bought and taught me some of the options, tips and tricks that one might overlook if they were not looking for them. Shane Defoor, also helped with calming my nerves. He was very helpful through the whole process and made sure that I didn't need anything to snack on or drink a few times. Excellent host to any guest. Justice Goodner, was amazing at being informative and helped me understand my financial options. I couldn't of went through it if it wasn't for his knowledge. Lastly, I want to give a huge shout out to Jessica the detailer. She did a fantastic job on getting my car ready and cleaned. I really appreciate all the people behind the scenes who go above and beyond and sometimes get overlooked. But without you my experience wouldn't of been the same. I went to Toyota of Cleveland, just looking around to a few months and an accident later, I'm a loyal customer who will sing high praises about this entire staff and my experience. More

Jeremy my sales consultant was amazing and allowed me to take my time and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I truly feel like I was given royal treatment every step with him leading the way. Jeremy made sure in every step.of the process that the millions questions got answered. He communicated openly and in a car sales consultant that is priceless! Justice( the financial advisor for signing the paperwork) was very throughro and friendly and didn'take me feel bad for asking the same questions over and over again! I so appreciate Joey the sales manager for ensureing that my car was thorughly checked out. I am eternally greatful that he gave me an opportunity to speak directly with the highly experienced technician about my vehicles condition and was able to get a tremendous amount of peace of mind.
