After a long three month wait, our Gladiator purchase was finally realized. Every person we made contact with was helpful, starting with Rick and Nathan at our original visit to the dealership. We received a phone call from Blake, letting us know the Jeep was on the way to Dublin! With a timeline of 3 to 4 weeks, Angel contacted me that it had arrived and would be ready on a day that was special to us-our 32nd anniversary. Gonna be hard to top this gift for my wife. Artemus sealed the deal with yet another surprise of an additional manufacturer discount I wasn’t expecting. Justin crunched some numbers for me and affordability was easy. I had been looking for a pickup since pre-covid looked at many but they did not fit my needs or budget, Preston Clayton sent me trucks via text that fit what I was looking for finally hit on what I was looki many but they did not fit my needs or budget, Preston Clayton sent me trucks via text that fit what I was looking for finally hit on what I was looking for and the cash I was willing to spend. Finance guy was a little pushy and I pushed back so we settled in the middle. I paid for a carfax for the truck and it was as they told me. One disappointment is they said all the recalls where up to date but went back for the second key in the service department to learn they had not been done, Mitch in the service department has the recall parts are on order and will call when they are in. Hats off to the service department Mitch spent time filling me in on what todo and not todo to extend the life of the truck and things to avoid, this is a Ram 2500 with Cummins and requires more maintenance, which I plan to have done at Jimmy Britt. More
