Best car buying experience I've had in 50 years! When I was unable to make a deal at the Toyota dealership Ive dealt with for 18 years, I found the car I had tried to buy locally was on sale at Toyot When I was unable to make a deal at the Toyota dealership Ive dealt with for 18 years, I found the car I had tried to buy locally was on sale at Toyota of Cleveland at a great internet advertised price. I drove the hour drive to T of C wondering what the"catch" was and anticipating wasting my time trying to save a few dollars. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I arrived at the friendly, no pressure, family feel of this dealership. Taylor Alton was my salesman and made all the stress of making a large investment vanish. Tim Tanos efficiently handled all the paperwork and explained additional warranty options without the usual pressure to add to the purchase price. Toyota of Cleveland is well worth the few minutes extra drive and will be my dealership home from now on. More

I don’t know why I ever go to any other dealership besides this one. Because they do such a good job and make the process of buying a vehicle so easy. The other Toyota dealership was your typical song and dance when it comes to buying a car which is extremely aggravating. Justice, the gentleman that helped me, made everything so smooth. In less than an hour they had the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. The only place I will ever shop for a Toyota now is Toyota of Cleveland. More
