Went in for 15,000 mile oil change on 2024 Rav. Should not of been a charge. Was told I needed an alignment and tech quickly showed me the printout (car was barely a year old!). When I inquired how Should not of been a charge. Was told I needed an alignment and tech quickly showed me the printout (car was barely a year old!). When I inquired how much he said $150 for the alignment and entire balance was $80. I assumed that meant I was given a discount for either going back to certified dealer or where the car was purchased. Went to pay and the total was $271. When I questioned why it's because I was charged $150 for an alignment and another $80. When I questioned why I was told it was labor and taxes. Tech claims he said tire balance (as in mount and balance because they took the tires off). Im apparently at fault for not understanding what he said and signed off on it anyways. I would not recommend working with someone who talks fast, waves papers around for you to look at quickly and then pushes you to sign. Plus after all that, I didnt even get a complimentary car wash! More
