We use KBB, Manheim Auctions, recent sales market data along with overall condition of the vehicle when determining value. After we found out the situation you got put in with that vehicle, we tried to stretch as far as we felt comfortable for our business based on the above references. We tend to put our best offer upfront which take most of the negotiation out of the picture. Again, we are sorry for the situation and that you felt this way.
