For one they did not take out the down payment when they were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people to call me and never received one phone call back. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life buying a vehicle I will never go to you guys again, pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!! More

Horrible experience. They do not communicate with each other so one of the issues we need taken care of, the service team didn't even know needed looked at.
