I wish I could update a previous review, but I can’t, so I will do a new one to say that, I was wrong in my initial impressions of this dealership. Justin Ramer would rather hang up on you than listen. Did I deserve it, probably, but when you get taken advantage of and now strung along, tempers tend to flair. Paid for “paint sealant” which I knew I should t do considering it is just a profit center for them. Not mad at the for that necessary, but they didn’t do it. I left with the truck and it was still dirty. Justin’s response to this, was how do you know we didn’t do it? This is the service you will get with this company. I wouldn’t buy from them, but if you do, don’t buy used. Had a huge dent that both the salesman and myself missed. Not upset by that, because I missed it too. Problem is, I was told to drop the truck off on the 24th because that is when the “bumper guy” is there. Whelp, her we are at the end of Saturday and they haven’t even pulled it in. They will wait until the last minute to put used trade ins through the shop, so they are going to miss stuff. Truly, working with Brandon was not that bad, but the after sale has been painful. Do t waste your time with Rivard, go somewhere else. More

The dealership would honor my family first GM request and would not investigate it. It was a grave disjistice felt I could have gotten a better price when I asked nothing done and they do accept the program would not investigate it. As usual Justin has made another purchase as streamlined and easy as possible. I spent a lot of time in the industry and I don’t question anything he does, I’ll take his service over worrying about any doll and easy as possible.
