From my Google review: I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2025 RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid at Ventura Toyota. Jim McArdle was my sales agent and I also originally went on a test drive with Luis Martine purchasing my 2025 RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid at Ventura Toyota. Jim McArdle was my sales agent and I also originally went on a test drive with Luis Martinez. What I really liked was neither were high pressure salesmen which immediately made me feel comfortable, unlike the dealership in Santa Barbara. Jim was patient and responsive to my phone calls. By the time I made up my mind to purchase this car (took a few months), there were none left at any of the southern California Toyota dealerships in the color and trim I wanted. So Jim went the extra measure to find one that was due off the ship later in the month to a different dealer and did some sort of magic to have it go to Ventura. The price they quoted me early in the process was the same as what I paid in the end. No pressure to purchase any add ons. I really appreciate how my experience was so straightforward! More

Our experience at Ventura Toyota was the best experience ever at a car dealership. Our sales associate was Luis Martinez. He was straightforward, friendly and honest. In fact, he sold our daughter her first ever at a car dealership. Our sales associate was Luis Martinez. He was straightforward, friendly and honest. In fact, he sold our daughter her first ever new car just a couple months earlier so that speaks volumes about our feelings towards him. We felt zero pressure. We had put a deposit for a specific trim and color we wanted and were told in would be 3 months before it became available. In the meantime, he continued to try locate the model we wanted and delivered just a little over a month later with no dealer mark up for an extremely popular vehicle with difficult to find color and trim. Do not hesitate to go see Luis Martinez and Ventura Toyota! More
