He made it a comfortable and awesome experience especially when I found out that my loyalty gave me a few dollars off and a better interest rate. He was fantastic. Karl Alvarez is great in his position and again has been extremely patient with me and never pushed me into anything. I have always been satisfied with my treatment at Ferman BMW. On a side note Sal Graziano in service is wonderful and very trustworthy man. Not what you can say about everyone when taking your car in for service.
