Karl is a native Floridian who was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and became a New Yorker in 2004. He jokes that he’s a graduate of The School of Hard Knocks, circa class of 1990. Karl is the proud father of four beautiful little girls. Relaxing is rarely an option. With almost a dozen years under his belt in automotive sales, Karl knows this industry inside and out. This lease purchase was my second at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and once again, a most pleasurable experience. I live in Newburgh and could have very easily used dealerships closer to my home, but I contin Toyota and once again, a most pleasurable experience. I live in Newburgh and could have very easily used dealerships closer to my home, but I continue to return to DCH Wappingers Falls because they make me feel "at home". Sales Consultant, Melissa Sinapi did a impeccable job in helping me select a vehicle that best fits my needs. She was very informative and never made me feel pressured. She made me feel like I was purchasing a vehicle from an "old friend". I would recommend Melissa to any family or friends of mine looking to purchase a vehicle. I also met with Robert Goldberg, Finance Manager, to finalize my paperwork and he also was wonderful. I also found it very nice that Karl Boye, Sales Manager, took the time to introduce himself to me and thank me for using DCH Wappingers Falls. I cannot say enough about my experience with them and look forward to returning there in 3 years when my lease is up!! Thanks again for the experience!! More
