Easy purchase but the sales process was a little strenuous. I dealt with 3 sales people and was getting contacted constantly from inside sales reps about my lease return. They addressed my issues/concerns which is great. I just felt like the communication could have been a little better. It was hard to get in touch with someone when you call the main number. When reaching ou felt like the communication could have been a little better. It was hard to get in touch with someone when you call the main number. When reaching out to the salesperson I’d sometimes wait a few days for a response, delaying the resolution to the problems. It almost made me feel like they didn’t care because they had already made the deal and got their money but it was important to me because it was a brand new car yet I drove off the lot with scratches and oily fingerprints inside and outside. The people at the service center though were great and helped me out a lot. More

Went to 3 different dealerships with no luck and a ton of pressure to buy from them. Then I was referred to YOELIS FERNANDEZ at Empire Toyota who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. he found the truck I wa pressure to buy from them. Then I was referred to YOELIS FERNANDEZ at Empire Toyota who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. he found the truck I was looking for and got the deal done in a few hours. In the past, going to car dealerships have been an unpleasant experience. Empire Toyota was the only dealership I have had an exceptional experience with. Nothing was explained to me , price was way above I expected . Everything was thrown at me to sign in a hurry even though I was wondering in the show room without even a place to sit and I wasn’t even expected . I went home and looked at the numbers and I realized nothing was explained to me and after coming back in tears I was again diaspointed with the response . Mr kas dim listened but didn’t understand it even seek for a solution to make me happy. The car thst was given to me didn’t have even a cloth mat and he agreed to order set to me and I finally got that but that was the only thing he did . No one there cared or was helpful . It was the worse experience of my lifetime . More
