Overall everything was fine but there were a few issues with the process. I bought a car that was recently received by the dealership so it hadn’t gone through the shop yet which was fine. When they called to tell me my car was ready, they said they were getting it cleaned up. This was at 3:30. I got there at 4:30 and it still wasn’t ready. I was there until 6pm waiting for them to finish cleaning it and when I got in the car it looked exactly as it did when I test drove it. Splatters of food/drinks on the ceiling, sticker residue and permanent marker spots on the windshield and driver side mirror. I’m confused as to what they spent 3 hours on cleaning. I’ve had the car for 3 days, it needs an oil change which is something I thought would have been taken care of before they sold it. Oh and my license plate was misplaced. More

I am more than grateful and will definitely shop with them again and refer them to everyone. More
