I am a third generation Toyota owner and always bring my car to your establishment for service. However, this is the first time that I was disappointed in the service. I came in on Friday at 11:35 am for an car to your establishment for service. However, this is the first time that I was disappointed in the service. I came in on Friday at 11:35 am for an oil change and taillight replacement. I did not get checked out until 1:38 pm. When I texted the service representative, Katie Fuller at 1:00 pm asking how long it would because I had an appointment, she said she would check. I When I got up to leave, I saw my car sitting in the parking lot completed. The service representative had gone to lunch and failed to tell me that my car was ready. I thank David Cobb for finding my invoice and checking me out. More

My car was serviced for a dead battery, The battery was purchased in January from Toyota of this year .The service department did not replace the battery. They just recharged it , The battery had acid buil purchased in January from Toyota of this year .The service department did not replace the battery. They just recharged it , The battery had acid buildup all on cables, they were replaced at the same time the battery was purchased. After the servers was done, I had to ask service department to clean battery acid off the battery and connector. Don’t understand why they didn’t do this during service. More

The work was done as expected. There was however, an issue with the technician. Someone went into my glove box and dumped everything out, leaving it on the floor of the car. I gues There was however, an issue with the technician. Someone went into my glove box and dumped everything out, leaving it on the floor of the car. I guess it was to get the key to the wheel locks. However, Once the tires were rotated, the person just threw the key to the wheel lock on the dashboard. In addition, when the reset was done for the maintenance light, several of the settings were changed. When I called the service rep about this, she was not available, and her assistant told me she would call back, but I never heard from her. This is the first time I have had such an experience at this dealership. All other experiences have been very positive. More
