After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard Submarines for 8 years, I entered the automotive industry in 1992 and have been in a variety of positions since. Currently serving Concordville Subaru as a Finance Manager and couldn’t be happier. I was raised in the small town of Macungie, PA which is in the Lehigh Valley near Allentown. Since joining the Concordville Family, I stopped that daily commute and moved to Malvern. For my passion on Sundays off, I play baseball with the Lehigh Valley Mens Senior Baseball League (Red Sox 50’s and older) and can still hit and throw the ball hard.

This is my fourth car purchase from Concordville Subaru. Every transaction has been great, giving me a quality new vehicle with a payment that is always within my budget. Matt was phenomenal. The finance approach, not so much. Kevin conned us out of the 6 month warranty and few other things we were very uncomfortable with. Not sure if that was Kevin or Concordville Subaru approach he has to follow. Additionally, he held the signed title and didn't even give us a copy of it. Makes us a bit uncomfortable right now. The truck overall exceeded our expectations. But two things have us bothered that initially I don't believe they were intentional by Concordville but have us wondering. The rear accident seemed OK when we looked at the truck with the rear of the truck 3' from the building wall. But we weren't 10 miles down the road with my wife following me, when she noted that the rear bumper is an inch lower on the drivers side. That is contrary to Concordville telling us there is no sign of an accident. That should of been fixed, along with the paint on the corner and in my opinion, should still be fixed. The other item noted is that the drivers mat is not the correct mat and in fact is a danger in getting caught in the pedals. It sticks up and is too small as it says it is for an Explorer right on it. We never noted it as coincidently that is the only mat covered with a paper protector. Again, that should of been corrected by Concordville and still should be. The only other item that bugs us is it is ridiculous to sell a $40K vehicle and not include two keys. What kind dealership does that? Not a leading dealership striving for Customer satisfaction. More
