Everything was transparent. They all treated me with respect. This time was especially difficult for me and I have been dreading trading in car for several months. You see, my husband of nearly 35 years passed away this past December. I dreaded going to a car lot and trading cars. We had a mini-van that I no longer need and it has sit in the driveway since late last fall, only being driven every once in a while. I had been looking on line and found a sweet 2018 Honda CR-V EX at Toyota Cleveland. I contacted them online to see if available. Bridget contacted me promptly and advised it was. No pressure, no bugging me. I showed up 2 days later (told her I was coming). She put me with Shaq. Shaq was so kind, very knowledgeable and NO BULL. We quickly came to agreement; went to meet with Tyler to do the paper work; no issues there and again, NO BULL. Shaq took up a great deal of time to explain each and every feature of the car; even synced my phone with the car. We had such an easy going great experience with Mason. We came in to service our 2019 Highlander that we owed for 5 months and decided to look at vans cause we traded ours in for the Highlander and really We came in to service our 2019 Highlander that we owed for 5 months and decided to look at vans cause we traded ours in for the Highlander and really regretted getting rid of it.We asked Mason would it be possible to work up a trade and he got started on it right away with the help of the general sales manager Justin Chretien and the two of them together they came up with a deal we couldn't refuse and made us very happy customers.We have bought our last 3 vans up there and we drive an hour just to get the great and friendly service we get from all the employees.We even pass a dealer close to us because we don't get that service there.We have been making that trip ever since we got our first van.It's definitely worth the extra mile and we will continue to do so.After we bought the van Mason took the time to set with us and explain everything about the van and told us if we had any questions or problems to just give him a call..He was the best salesman we have ever worked with and have made a forever friend.Thank you Mason for making this happen and making us very happy customers.Alfred Polk worked with us and got us an extended warranty policy and worked with us and wasn't pushy and explained everything to us.Another very nice employee and then finally Keith Jackson who has always helped us from the first van we purchased .He has always been so friendly to us came out to congratulate us on our new van and made us feel so special with our new purchase.Thank you to all the wonderful people that made us one Happy Customer.,You are the Best!
