The folks that work there are some of the most honest and kindest people you will e Toyota of Cleveland is the best dealership you will find anywhere. The folks that work there are some of the most honest and kindest people you will ever buy from. Their sales and service department are 100% the best. I have bought 20+ cars over a fifteen year relationship with them. They have always treated me with respect, they truly care for their customers and donate back to their community graciously. From the owner, general mgr., sales, and service you will not find anyone better for your vehicle needs. If your in need of a new or used vehicle go see them. Ask for Brad Doty, he will take care of you from the time you meet until you are happy with your purchase, it doesn't end with Brad after the sell either he will be available to help you with any questions you may have in the future, a true professional in the car industry! This rating is in regard frame replacement on my 2005 Tacoma After replacement of the frame, brake lines, and rear springs I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I did have to take it in two or three times to fix a few minor leaks and things, but with so major a job I felt like that was a small price to pay. The service person and manager were really good to work with. More
