I intended to look at a base model used car and he did show me what I asked for. But then he showed me two much nicer cars that were even closer to my budget. He was helpful and kind and within just 2 hours, Jimmy and Tyler from the financial office sent me out the door in a fully loaded machine that I love. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant but Jimmy and Tyler were top notch. Cleveland is not close to my home, but these two would give me reason to return for my next purchase. More

I traded in my truck and got a 2014 GMC Terrain. They were able to get me a lower interest rate and car payment that I could afford. I would recommend everyone go visit them. Liars Bought a used f-350 from the deal. During test ride, I noticed an issue with the door, windshield washer, and a lot of the lights didn't work. When I Bought a used f-350 from the deal. During test ride, I noticed an issue with the door, windshield washer, and a lot of the lights didn't work. When I was talking to the manager, he promised to fix every single issue. Come back a week later to purchase the truck and they put completely different headlights on (that look ugly) fixed the washer fluid. But did not fix the door. At this point I was tired of waiting so I purchased the $42,000 truck anyways. Here we are a week after purchase, the door was never fixed. The lights work off and on. The cac boot blew off. And I just got a ticket because the dealer never transferred the tags to the new truck. I call the dealer and they say that they aren't responsible for the ticket because they are back logged in their title office. All in all, very horrible service. A dishonorable salesman and manager. Ive bought three $40,000+ vehicles from this dealership in the last two years. I will never return. Not even for an oil change More
