Things could be better ! Communication among staff and each department ! NOT trying to just rip the customers off for money as the technician tried to do me on Tuesday March 10th, wasted my gas and time ! I had to call the finance manager to get things straightened out , due to the technician not knowing about there computer website ! I had to come back the next day for the same routine warranty service ! Then after that was still trying to charge me money ! Sad situation! And a few things that was supposed to also be done, was not done are was I offered any compensation! I gave the technician a 4 star for the 2nd amendment ! The technician the first day gets a “0”! He was just trying to rip me off just like the salesman and sales manager that didn’t have the respect to contact me about the purchase agreement !!!!! IWILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM McCluskey Chevrolet ! Never , the two salespeople rip me off for $10,000.00 dollars and put it in their pockets ! All of the warranty and customers bonus’s discounts from General Motors corporation !!!! And then didn’t want to talk to me and you can’t get in touch with the owner of the dealership either which is very bad and definitely poor business !!!!! All they want is your money and not worried about satisfaction of a customer !!!!! More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my purchase included a spray in bed liner. I was told at the purchase that I would be contacted about scheduling the spray in liner. I waited several weeks before I attempted to contact this dealership after not hearing anything. I was told to leave a message, and someone would be back in contact with me. That never happened! I then received a e-mail about getting my car serviced there. I replied that I would not schedule any service until the spray in liner was resolved. I was told that the message has been passed along to the service manager and I should receive a reply promptly. Never happened. Time passed, and now in 2026 the original sales rep. Tony Belafonte, contacts me to see if I want to purchase a new vehicle. I told him that the spray in liner that was supposed to come with the original purchase never happened. Weeks of texting Tony, sending pictures of the truck bed, and more texting went on. Last text I received on Jan 22, 2026 was “Yeah, they are trying to find the deal. It was so long ago… next time I’m in I’ll give it [picture of truck bed with no liner] to the manager… Hang in there. I’ll know something the first part of next week.” Its now Feb, 20,2026. Almost, a month later and I have no response. This is horrible communication, customer service, and customer relations!!! Everyone at that dealership who is involved with this should be ashamed of themselves! Once they get your money, they no longer care about you as a customer! More

As far as service techs we’ve dealt with the EV ones are terrible. The people checking you in are terrible. With the exception of but unfortunately I forget her name. Anyway have taken my EV in 3 different times for the same lights coming on on the dashboard. Every time they say it is just a software update. Then a few weeks later the same lights come. They never fix it they just simply clear the code and send it out. This last time they had to drive it around to duplicate the lights on. After 2 weeks it was finished but when I picked it up they left my vehicle battery on 8%. It has been very cold and I have been very diligent on not letting it get bellow 30% during the cold weather. A low battery in this weather is not good for the vehicle but they obviously did not care about that. Absolutely ridiculous More

long story short bought a used car with them was told it was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they re was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they reassure everything was fine and inspected and covered under warranty giving that the car was a 2019 with 17k miles couple days later the motor went out supposedly it wasn't covered for another month they made me wait 2 months for the car to even get pulled in to be checked didn't provide rental at all and also when they did get it was told lies about what I needed and was just trying to upsell me more stuff than what I actually needed after a 3 month wait car was finally ready after going over invoice they completely lied about what was installed specially when they said they had replaced the aftermarket turbo to a stock one possibly to void my warranty later when i would come back for future repairs anyways i took it home and on the way home I noticed it was smoking so I called was told it was just residue and also the car still wasn't running perfectly couple weeks passed and I took it to another shop to verify work done to work and was told that they lied also the car was leaking oil i was like that's not possible I was told they was replacing the motor etc etc turns out they took it apart and replaced the one part that was bad instead and left it leaking after I notify and confronted them they brush me off and told me I had to wait more than 30 days for them to inspected because there mechanic who did was on vacation when they did check it they said oh no we didn't touch that leaking part when I did research and asked the other dealership and mechanics they advice to take them to court because they flat out lying ended up taking the car back home couple days later car catches on fire 🔥 fire department determine it was from the bad oil leak of the so called engine replacement they did they never owned up to anything worse experience ever the only person that was helpful was the sales person other than that I wouldn't buy another car from them More

This dealer is marking vehicles up by almost 100%. Trucks that should be 60k listed for over 100k. It’s disgusting. Go to literally any other Chevy dealer. They sell used cars for far more than new. I don’t know how these con artists are in business. They will try to give you xx about how it’s the market but literally no other dealer in the area is doing this. More
