I wanted to give this dealership 5 stars however, after the sale was done they completely stopped communicating with me. Before the sale communication was great. Now, crickets. I have an issue with my addr the sale was done they completely stopped communicating with me. Before the sale communication was great. Now, crickets. I have an issue with my address so I cannot receive my sale documents or registration information and I have reached out to 2 different people by phone call and text, so 4 outreaches and not a single response. It goes to show they don’t care about their customers after the sale. I had several old coworkers I was going to refer that have similar situations to mine after the company we worked for closed down that needed help getting into a new vehicle and I know this place can help but I won’t be referring them after-all.
