Mr. Nichols and Mr Nuri's initial responses to my email inquiries set the tone for the transaction and eventually caused me to pass other MB dealerships for MBSS. Mr. Stanford had my car waiting for me when I arrived. The necessary paperwork was completed by Mr. Fischer who did not try to up-sell products that would not be needed based on my planned usage. Mr. Elefantis made me feel like i was part of the MB family. Mr. Robinson was perhaps the icing on the cake. His enthusiasm as he explained and demonstrated MBUX was contagious. More

Dishonest, rude, deceitful We closed a deal for a C-Class, the estimated monthly payment for provided to us. Following day we cleared our car (that was suppose to be traded) and We closed a deal for a C-Class, the estimated monthly payment for provided to us. Following day we cleared our car (that was suppose to be traded) and went to the dealership for the trade. After an hour of waiting the salesperson came back to us and said "ohh there was a mistake in the price given to you and it went up by $1560 and we don't have to honor the price given to you". Which in car market is considered very unethical. We wanted to be sure if higher management of " Mercedes of silver spring" endores such shady practice and to our surprise the sales manager instead of been apologetic came out and called us "unreasonable" for not agreeing to pay extra $1560. Mercedes Benz is a very reputed brand and such shady dealerships give bad name to them. They should seriously reconsider and reevaluate how they want to run their business or they will lose alot of clients. More
