Taking our Kia Telluride in is always a breeze! Over 2 hours for an oil change and diagnostics that did not produce a resolution. Appointments don’t mean much. My vehicle sat where I dropped it off for 30 minutes. The waiting area is cramped and loud. T not produce a resolution. Appointments don’t mean much. My vehicle sat where I dropped it off for 30 minutes. The waiting area is cramped and loud. Trying to/from the service door is ridiculous. There are so many cars double/tripple parked, that through ways are often single lane.Very poor space planning and it’s going to cause an accident. This place sold me an expensive service contract which was supposed to give me peace of mind. All Services tells me is how it won’t cover items. This all adds up to the reason why I do not have regular service here. More

The repair wasn’t done correctly and now it’s leaking oil. Very disappointed given the amount of time that it took to get the repaired done in the first place. I had to stay over an extra night. oil.
