Best service They made it quick easy, I live 3 hours away and IRA Lexus of Manchester is nearest dealer, they still picked up my car with Valet service left me wit They made it quick easy, I live 3 hours away and IRA Lexus of Manchester is nearest dealer, they still picked up my car with Valet service left me with a loaner car, kept me informed daily of progress on vehicle, will be using them for all future repairs that require the dealership. It was a recall this time but I let them do some misc extras I had to pay for just because they were so willing to drive to my house from such a distance More

A dealer would in my opinion go through EVERYTHING on the vehicle which they did! It's covered under warranty so I appreciate them being so thorough. Josh marquis my service advisor was excellent and knowledgeable and even talked to the dealer I bought the car from. Waiting area comfortable with great cars to look at. I do hear of these Lexus vehicles having leaking steering racks constantly even though there's no obvious signs which I find strange though. My last Lexus they told me the same thing but I kept the car another year and steering remained fine. is this a real issue or does Lexus have a lot of extra steering racks out back they want to sell?? More

Tire Saved Chris was able to repair & save a Michelin tire with less than 5K miles. Another reputable tire dealer stated we'd have to replace it.
